Rick Beideman

Mr. Beideman brings over 30 years of software development to his role as Director of Software Engineering.  He has extensive experience with asynchronous programming and algorithm optimization.

He joined ChemImage in 2005 as software developer and has overseen the software development and testing for multiple programs involving the development of sensors and the software to control them.  These systems would acquire and process the imagery, and display the results to the user in near-real time.  Currently, Mr. Beidman has responsibility for ChemImage’s Software Department with eight developers and four computer vision scientists.

Mr. Beideman holds a B.S. from Grove City College and a Master’s Degree from Clarion University.
