Holly Wolk

Ms. Wolk joined ChemImage in 2021 as its Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for planning, developing, managing and implementing human resources best practices that align with ChemImage’s mission and values. 

Ms. Wolk has been a leader in talent management for the last 20 years, focusing on bringing transformational human resources practices to private, research universities including Boston University, Carnegie Mellon, Tufts University and most recently, University of Rochester. As a certified Gallup Strengths coach, she believes in helping staff focus on their innate talents to be engaged and productive in helping ChemImage increase its footprint in the Awareness of Things®. 

Over the last fifteen years, she has presented to both national and international audiences on the topics of talent acquisition, retention strategies, building your own personal management brand, succession planning and helping teams better understand their individual and team dynamics utilizing Gallup Strengthfinders assessment. She is a 2021 recipient of the CASE Crystal Apple Award for teaching excellence and holds her SPHR certification. 

She has a bachelor’s in journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in human resource management from Carnegie Mellon University.
