This tutorial will explain the benefits of wide-field Raman Chemical Imaging or RCI for polymorph characterization, as well as provide a more detailed look at our approach that utilizes the ChemImage FALCON II™ Wide-field Raman Chemical Imaging System. This system, in combination with ChemImage Xpert™ software, is an effective tool for screening, identifying and characterizing polymorphs in many drug delivery systems.
